I have been paying my SSS for five years now. I have never been able to check my contributions nor know any benefits. I tried to access the website but no luck whatsoever. I am already based in the US but I’m still paying my SSS regularly.

sss online system is very difficult to use, mas maganda pa ung dating system nyo dati ms friendly user pa…..the information needed by the sss members sometimes cannot access your system dahil napakacomplicated ng system nyo…

Been trying to access my contributions on line but wasn’t able to go through. I thought with this new website innovation, it will make it easier for members to use SSS online service. It is a lot, lot harder than before to use it.

I have tried so many times registering online from July to September (til this date) so I can view my contributions but there was no success. There is one email add and user id that i tried but I was prompted that it already exists yet I was not given a password so i still cannot open/access online. I emailed the member_relations@sss.gov.ph address twice but there was no repsonse as well. I called in the hotline for the tech support but no answer also.

Consider me as one of the disgusted member of Phil. SSS. I paid sss memebership for more than 17 years and as a retiring I found out that 10 years ere not on SSS record. I wrote SSS last June regarding my dilenma only to be told (4 months later) that I did not mentioned my sss number (while in fact it was written right after my name & the SSS office in Riyadh has a copy of it) The response was dated 11 Sept. and I found it on my email only today 29 Sept 2009.
Where do we go from here. What is the purpose of system computerization.

I would like to ask for your advice regarding my previous loans in SSS. I had a loan with SSS year 2006 with my previous employer. At the beginning my employer did the deduction for my loan, when I resigned the same year and transferred to my current employer, I wasnt able to continue paying my loan. What is the best thing I can do to continue paying my loan? Would that be possible? Also, I would to check my remaining balance for my loan?

What if hindi ngbigay ng advance maternity pay ung employer? The baby has turned 3 months and yet wala pa ring tseke na binibigay sa employee khit nasubmit na yung NSO birth cert, updated the status (E-4) and all documents.
Pwde bang idemanda un kc puro alibi o pinaprocess na hanggang ngayon wala pa.

if you are really planning to continue your sss contribution, once started, be sure to regularly check your records on line. i am an OFW and for 15 years have been paying my SSS dues at the POEA as a requirement to be cleared before returning abroad. When i thought of checking all those contributions online, nothing was recorded. i am sorry to say this but, it has been a history that govenment employees will do everything to make their lives easy preying on innocent hardworking OFWs. they issued receipts but those were all fake. i had a loan, before i left the philippines and was only able to pay it back after five years including of course additional fines which is acceptable. God bless the heart of that SSS employee who worked on this issue because at least it is in the record. this is your security, watch it. i hope one good hearted employee will help you to retrieve your SSS# not somebody who will ask for “lagay” before he/she does the job. goo luck!

Dear SSS Personnel,
I just want to raise my concerns regarding documents that being ask to my client by an SSS personnel specifically Ormoc City branch. This caught my attention and feels angered by this garbage system. This is with regards to the documents being asked by SSS personnel as compliance to the requirements in getting the benefits. Nothing was wrong in asking those requirements but what was wrong was that every time the required documents are being submitted, they require again my client another documents. This happens not only twice but five times. My client even asked during the 3rd time if there are any other documents so as to prevent from coming back and save money for transportation. Is this the kind of service you have? How about those members that is less fortunate? Those wives or husbands that have no money for fare? Those who could not afford to secure many affidavits? What will happen to their benefits? Is this a tactical way by an SSS employee to force beneficiaries not to claim benefits and later on they will be the one who will benefit from it? According to my client one of the employee said, “dapat pa nga magpasalamat kayo at hindi naaplayan ng loan” Is it right for a SSS employee to say those words? Right now we are still waiting for any improvements. If nothing good happens, we will study this case and do necessary legal actions to put behind bars those corrupt SSS employee specifically Ormoc City Branch.
To the management of SSS, please investigate this matter or we will have media to cover the story and let Filipino people know the “Bulok” system of SSS in Ormoc City. We will let the people know how hard it is to get your benefits after several years. I’m sure not all people from SSS are corrupt. They are just few and need to be extracted from the group to prevent them from tainting the minds of other good employees.
I hope my concern will reach the official of the SSS and do necessary actions with this matter. If this writings concern you, have it e-mailed thru my address.

Please facilitate posting my full sss contribution because I want to check the computation made by the sss branch here in Iloilo City. My name is Arturo Julio Celis Nepomuceno. SSS No. 03-2773025-7. Thank you.

Hi. My mother in-law restructured her mortgage loan with SSS in 2005 where she was asked to raise close to half a million pesos (Php450,000) updating payment. Afterwhich, she agreed to pay a monthly amortization of P7,400+ on an agreed date and she knows if she pays on time, her last payment will be until 2014. She was surprised to find out that “her mortgage balance seems to be unchanged” even if she pays the monthly dues on time. Upon checking with SSS, they replied that even if they pay on time thru the bank, they “post the payment late” so A PENALTY IS INCURRED EVERYTIME THEY CHECK FOR THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE. We complained on this but they say that they will just put the penalty back by deducting it from the principal. However, THEY DO NOT SHOW ANY COMPUTATION ON THIS so we feel something strange is really going on.

How would you feel if you are in my in-law’s shoes? She is already 62yrs old and is looking forward into retiring in a few years. She’s expecting her mortgage to be paid off in 2014 but the way things are going, THERE IS NO WAY SSS IS HELPING HER.

Can SSS show an updated balance where the penalties are really put on deduction from the principal? She is not supposed to have penalties incurred because she pays on time through the bank.

My Father before is working in PAPER INDUSTRY CORPORATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PICOP) as a plant superintendent but the issue is that he only recieved a pension which worth as a labor. My last filling of my Member’s Maternity Notification dated July 21, 1993 was apoproved and it was released dated APRIL 27, 1994 with registration # 0000059322 in the check amount of 8,333.00 but unfortunatelly due to company problem (Collective Bargaining Agreement) i was terminated since October 1993 before giving birth to my first (1st) baby January 31, 1994. My querry is can i continue my conribution inspite that i have a previous Salary loan in SSS dated received October 1993? what are those requirement that im going to bring to continue my monthly voluntary contribution (Self Employed) is there a penalty for me to pay of? I filed for the death claim of my mother last may 31, 2010. Im one of her children and my father is already cohabiting another woman and me and my sister is the secondary legal beneficiary of my mother. Just checked the status through online but the STATUS is DENIED/REJECTED! Why do they deny claims kung kumpleto naman lahat ng requirements and lahat naman ni-check ng screener nila sa filing desk for DEATH.. SSS has very good office and very evident that your employees have a very good life too! How come that some of your employees are “supladas” when servicing to the members esp. in Members Assistance section, counters: 32, 35, 27 and this guy named “Christian”, he’s talking to an old man in a rude manner. May I just remind you guys, kaming members ang nagpapasweldo sa inyo! At lahat ng transaction namin sa SSS ay may bayad? And I noticed most of
employees are “old”, SSS Management you must consider offering a retirement to these people di na sila effective and they’re not pleasing enough to face customers. Para naman mabigyan ng people and fit to the positions!

Hope the management will look into these feedback.

For pension na po yung Father ko at denied yung kanyang claims, sbi ng mga Taga Sta. Maria Branch. Hintayin lang daw yung Notice na drating sa amin kung bkit denied ang claims nya. Ganung 4months na kming naghihintay ng notice at lagi nilang sinasabing maghintay lang ng notice. Ilang buwan po bang dapat maghintay ng notice.

Hindi maganda lang kasi attitude niya although naiintindihan ko siya kc ako lahat ang sumasagot sa tanong niya na dapat ang mother ko. Ipaliwanag din kung meron man mag bbago sa member data record un mga ggawin. gusto po sanang malaman kung ano ang requirements para sa SSSpension kasi 69years old na po lolo ko hindi pa nakatanggap ng pension galing US.

ako po si Lorena Viernes, may asawa at isang anak, mula taong 2002 ay di na po ako nagtatrabaho, bukod po sa edad ko na 41 ay meron din po akong diperensiya sa kamay. May loan po ako na di ko naituloy ang pagbabawag, maari po ba na maka-avail ako ng “Condonation Plan” kahit wala po akong trabaho, gusto ko pa kasing ituloy ang contribution ko at mahulugan ang utang ko kahit paunti-unti. Umaasa po ako ng inyong agarang tugon.

I had my picture taken for my SSS Digitized ID last March 2009 till now wala pa ito. Nagkaroon daw ng problema ang ID machine. Ang kinainis ko lang pina-surrender kasi nila ang SSS ID ko nung single pa ako. Btw, I apply for a new SSS Digitized ID kasi I got married. Since alam nila nung time na yun na marami na silang backlog, sana man lang di na nila pina surrender yung old ID ko.
