Hindi yung pahirapan before mo magamit ang mga benefit na talagang para sayo. Or pag patay ka na, saka mo lang makukuha ang benefit mo. Diba mas masarap, Makita at maranasan mo habang buhay ka pa ang benefits mo.. I filed for a sickness application for I am in cast for almost two months na due to fracture at the baseof my right foot. I was advised by my doctor na kailangang operahan but I will be needing P66,000 to do so. Me nag-advise sa akin na i-file ko sa SSS para makakuha ako ng benefits at makadagdag na rin pampaopera ng paa ko.
• I send a friend as a representative. Di daw pwede, dapat daw Makita at ma-interview ako ng doctora.
• In cast and in crutches, I went to SSS, Las Pinas, 2nd floor. Wala daw ang doctora kaya bumalik na lang kami.
• Went to SSS w/ my friend assisted me. Noel, SSS employee checked the papers and was advised na kulang papers ko and need to submit the following:
Clinical Abstract, Certified true copy of the xrays and orinal copy of the employment cert.
•Returned w/ the requirements, I was Interviewed by the doctor. Medyo sarcastic ho ang doctor magtanong. Mahilig hong mambara . Bakit daw di ko paopera? Bakit daw di ako pumunta sa public hospital? Bakit daw ngayon lang ako nagfile, etc. I answer all of them in a nice manner.
•Pinapagdecide ho nya ako kung ipa-file ko sa sss ngayon dahil kung magpapatingin ako sa ibang hospital, kakailanganin ko daw ang xray film, na kung ipa-file ko naman sa kanila ay more than a month pa before masoli sa akin.
•Since I prefer to be treated for a second opinion, I decided na pagamot muna ako sa iba at saka nalang ako magfile. I requested the doctor na kung pwede pagfile ko, yung friend ko nalang ang papuntahin ko since nainterview na nya ako. Padadalhan ko nalang ng authorization letter. Pinapa-sign nya ako sa isang SSS form na sinulatan nya at pinapag-thumb mark. Tapos itinabi nya yung papel. I consider this her act of mercy to a disabled member of SSS.
•After a week, pina-file ko na ulit yung sss sa friend ko.
•Ayaw daw pong tanggapin dahil wala naman daw ang pasyente. Ininform sya ng friend ko na nainterview na ako at napapirma nya at pina-thumbmark.
•Ang sabi ng doctor, kung nainterview at napapirma na ako, nasan na daw ang papel?
In all honesty, I can say na talagang itinabi nya at yung papel ko lang ang ibinalik nya sa akin.
Hindi ko po naitanong sa kanya bakit di niya inattached yung papel na pinirmahan ko at that time dahil I trust her every move, and medyo natakot ako sa kanya dahil sarcastic nga po sya in every way.
•I understand kung sa mga applications, me naa-approve at dis-approved.
•Ang hindi ko ho maintindihan, yung pahirap sa mga taong disabled na.
At kaya ako nagko-complained, ay baka dahil sa pinirmahan kong papel, e magamit ng SSS insider yung
Benefits ko ng di ko nalalaman.
I have to declare the suvivor benefit on my mother’s income tax return. Can someone please tell me what the monthly or annual benefit is? Is it all the same amount of money for survivor benefit? What is the maximum they pay out?

kaya lng wala po ako nreceive n confirmation mula sa inyo kung ano ang gagmitin ko n username at password.
ichcheck ko po by internet sana ang mga hulog ko….
nagtry po ako magregister ulet ng bago… kaya lang di n yata po pwede…
sana matulungan po ninyo ako sa problema ko…
